小房子每天站在山冈上看风景，除了日月星辰和四季的变化，小房子还看到乡村的美丽景色因为挖马路、开商店、盖高楼一点一点地改变。结果，小雏菊和苹果树都不见了，只剩下乌烟瘴气的城市和忙碌的人们了。还好，小房子的主人的孩发现了它，把它又移到了乡下，它又可以看到大自然的美丽的风景了。

我非常喜欢这本图书，因为书里的小房子在经历了不好的事情之后又看到了美丽的大自然，我知道了在建设城市的时候也会带来一些不好的结果，会产生很多污染，所以我们要从现在开始保护环境，保护地球妈妈。
